Cristin's Baby shower

We've been looking forward to this day since early 2013.
When the invitations went out 6 weeks ago, our count down was on.

Landry Rivers will be here on July 12.
Unless he sneaks in before his scheduled C Section.

The shower was so much fun.
Lots of people.
It was great for everyone to shower them with so many wonder things.
I will get some pictures from Megan, she has all the group shots.
Cristin and Joey surprised all the kids with a bounce house.
Now how fun is that?

Everyone is super excited for Landry to arrive and Cristin not to be pregnant anymore.
Poor thing has had a rough time this pregnancy.
Each pregnancy can so different for women.
Tyler, who is 4 1/2 is precious.
HG calls him Harper's fairy God brother.
Cristin is Harper's Fairy God Mother.
Everyone is fairies.
Everyone needs to love bling.
:)

Poor baby did not sleep Friday or Saturday.
It wasn't really because of traveling but rather allergies and maybe teeth.
She was clear and great on Friday morning.
Poor thing just can't spend much time outside.
All she wanted to do was go outside now.
She hasn't really eaten today, well besides Multigrain Cheerios and half a donut.

Joey's mom made the best chicken salad sandwiches and pasta salad.
Megan (Cristin's sister) made the diaper cake and letters.
So crafty.
Lots of sweets, dips and fruit.

Cristin and baby Landry in her belly.

These baby birds were just about ready to fly away.
And quit pooping on her porch.

We all got so tickled over this.
No worries, it was close and she got her pear/peach juice instead.

No no no no no no.
ugh.

We spent a few hours in Gruene today before heading home.
Chris and I love this little fun place.
Lunch at Gristmill.
Walking of shops.
With all the other thousands of people.
The Hall had Gospel with a Twist but had sold out before we arrived.
I seriously love it.

New Braunfels has changed so much over the years but will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We talk about heading back there one day, mainly during the winter months when all the summer traffic is over.
The one thing we forgot to do it show Hailey Grace our first house we bought.
Jaelyn, Cristin's niece is the cutest and sweetest 10 year old ever.
Both of my girls want to go visit her tomorrow.

Oldest friends...

Are the best of friends.

Friday, we spent the afternoon and night with one of Chris' oldest friends as we headed down South. They were best of friends growing up and through out college. When we became pregnant with Hailey Grace, it was only natural to ask Patrick and Cresa to be her God parents. HG calls them her fairy god parents. So cute!

We spent a lot of time catching up, playing in the dirt and eating outside at Dhalia's. The girls enjoyed the boys and all the various boy toys and running on their nearly 2 acres. The boys are too cute for words. Oh we enjoyed seeing them so much and can't wait to visit again soon.

Water Dates & Mass

Nearly impossible for good shots from these divas.
The moods were rough Sunday morning but they were looking good.

During Mass, we found out that our beloved Priest had resigned on an emergency basis.
As in, already left the area for some kind of treatment.
My heart aches for the Church, school and Fr. Ahn.
The kids bounced and waved from great distance at the sight of him.
Her fav shoes lately.
She might wear with everything.

Kall spent Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning with us.
Make up, back yard, splash parks, pools, far too much terrible food, movies, dress up and very little sleep.
Both girls were already pouting for her tonight.
So nice to have friends that you can send a text and less than 30 minutes, you are hanging out. Almost as if we could read each others minds and knew we needed it.
Boyd, Kalli and HG ran and played hard.
Harper was of course getting acustomed to the water when we were ready to head.

Thank you Boyd and Nicolle for meeting us and for the cute picture.

Always sporting a crack always.

We stopped by Keller Pointe for an hour of real swim with hopes of the girls crashing by 9.
Yeah right.

Today, we headed to the Decker's for a pool play date.
Meghan was to thoughtful to invite us over let us take over and even made lunch for the kids.
Amazing!
We had a good group and everyone enjoyed it so much.

Stephanie on the tramopline with the kids.
She is just the sweetest.
Worn out after a few busy days and Target grocery shoppng.

We're low key Wednesday and Thursday.
Or at least as of now we are.

Garage sales & Ranger games

We've had a lot of fun around here this past week and blogging hasn't been one. Busy follows along with fun but a fun week it was.

School is out for summer.
We went swimming to celebrate.
And play music.

We have been playing a lot.

Ant hunts.

Ranger games.
I was so reminded why we don't have season tickets this year by one single humid game.

Seats were so close and balls were flying.

We walked forever until we found real popcorn.
My girls don't like kettle corn.

The husband and I headed with Meghan/Justin, Stephanie/Justin, Jessica/Jason for dinner at Chill and bowling at Main Event.
I must say that everyone almost hit the floor when my first bowl was a strike.
Such a good laugh.

I will never get enough of rocking.

sticker queen.

Friday needed some water.

Garage sale Saturday.

Wore baby girl out.

Closed up shop around 12:30 due to possible rain.
It was such a pretty sight.

From garage sales to ear aches, never a dull moment.
I knew all this wind lately was going to someone one.

Monday we spent the afternoon in Weatherford.
We love every moment we spend out there.
Unfortunately, we forgot our camera.
Then I thought I forgot my cell the first 2 hours.
By then, picture time was pretty much over.
Thankfully, the husband's mom snapped great pictures and we can't wait to see those.

It was our first time meeting our cousins, the quads , in person.
They are simply adorable and all very easy going.
We all had so much fun with them.

Girls with grandaddy sporting their Memorial Day outfits.
HG's might be from 2 Christmases ago and she demanded she wear it.

Chris and Logan, his niece who is one of the quads.
We ended up leaving close to bedtime and Grandpa Bell uses Dove
so in the sink she went.
Slept like a baby.
