Christmas lights

We have definitely enjoyed looking at the Christmas lights this year. Thank you to those houses and families who join in on the fun. HG loves the lights, Santa and the one down the street that shows a movie. Yes, a movie! Wild.

Last year on our way to CB in December, we stumbled across the Gift of Lights at Texas Motor Speedway. While we were in a hustle to get to our stopping point for the night and we won't even talk about the line to get in, we didn't stop. This year, it has been on our list of things to do for a few weeks and finally decided on tonight. Poppy arrived for Christmas and after a super super casual dinner, we headed out to the lights. Such fun! Harper was sound asleep in the car seat but no way I could let that baby girl miss this. She is head over heels in love with all things Christmas.
